Thank you for using BJJ Diary (the "App"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service
The App is a training log application for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. It provides the following features:
• Create, edit, and delete training journal entries
• Manage drill lists
• Create and manage notes
• Track competition records
• View training history on a calendar

3. Eligibility
The App is available to users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 must have parental consent before using the App.

4. Account & Registration
The App does not require account registration. All features are available without signing up.

5. Data Management
All data created in the App is stored solely on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
The developer is not liable for any data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation of the App, or any other reason.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when using the App:
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Infringing upon the rights of third parties

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images) belong to the developer or its licensors.

8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." The developer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or safety of the App.
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including data loss, device damage, or any other direct or indirect damages.
The App is not intended for health management or training guidance. Any decisions regarding your training or health should be made under professional guidance and at your own risk.

9. Changes & Discontinuation
The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms
The developer may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms will apply upon the next app update.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
